GET YOKED turns bodybuilding into a roguelike deckbuilding game. Instead of directly controlling each exercise, you play cards that shape your character’s physique. The objective is to grow and sculpt a body that meets the minimum gains needed to win competitions. Greg Austin created the game and publishes it on itch.io as gregs-games.
Workout cards are the main route to muscle growth. The creator gives Arms as an example: play that card to develop the corresponding muscle group. You can also specialize, with glutes specifically mentioned in the official description. The result is a card game about choosing how to develop your body while working toward a competition target.
Growth comes with a constraint: too much muscle fatigue can lead to injury. A workout card therefore needs to be considered alongside the current condition of your character. The developer’s instructions put gains and fatigue together, making recovery part of the game’s central decision rather than an unrelated extra.
Rest and supplement cards provide ways to increase gains or decrease fatigue. Read each card’s effect before playing it, then consider how it fits the competition requirement and the fatigue you have accumulated. As a starting approach, compare the growth a workout provides with the recovery options available in your hand. This is an introduction to the stated mechanics, not a guaranteed winning deck or a fixed sequence.
Press Play Now to load the official itch.io browser player. Let the Unity build finish loading, then use the mouse to interact with the menus and cards. The published controls support clicking as well as dragging and dropping cards. Use the game’s own buttons to make menu selections and follow its instructions as you begin a run.
Keep the current gains requirement in view when choosing your next workout. The objective described by the creator is to reach that minimum, while avoiding the injuries that excessive fatigue can cause. If you want to experiment with a specialist physique, try the targeted muscle-group cards described on the official page and observe how they change your character.
This independent page embeds the creator’s HTML5 build. The itch.io listing also provides a Windows download and currently labels the game as a prototype. The developer notes that the Windows version includes shadows and better-looking models. Check the official page for the current files and build information before choosing a download.
The same listing describes the game as single-player and credits Sybersyn for music, voices, and sound, with Nix Bee providing card art, events, and icons. A Steam page linked by the creator is available below for information about that version. Features from other versions are not assumed to be present in this embedded browser build.

Use the mouse. The official controls describe clicking or dragging and dropping cards, and clicking buttons. No keyboard shortcuts are required by those published instructions.
Workout cards build gains, while pushing muscles too hard can lead to injury through fatigue. Rest and supplement cards can help increase gains or reduce muscle fatigue. Read the current card effects before choosing your next move.
Yes. The creator gives Arms cards as an example of targeted growth and explicitly mentions specializing in glutes. The goal remains to reach the gains required by the competition.
The official itch.io page provides a separate Windows download. The developer notes that it has shadows and improved model appearance compared with the browser version. Use the creator’s page for the current file and download terms.
The official listing specifies mouse input and lists HTML5 and Windows. Touch controls are not confirmed here. Use a desktop browser and mouse for the control scheme described by the creator.
Give the Unity browser build time to load. If it does not open, follow the official itch.io link beneath the player and try Run game there. A Windows build is also available from that page.
