What does Mundo do in Scritchy Scratchy?
Mundo handles the claim step in the Scritchy Scratchy loop. Learn what the cat claims, what happens to a Super Jackpot ticket, and how to test the gadget without hiding a bad route.
Mundo handles completed tickets
According to the developer’s gadget explanation, pressing the cat lets Mundo automatically claim tickets for you. This removes a repeated result-handling action after a ticket has been scratched.
Claiming is different from scratching. Mundo does not replace Scratch Bot’s scratch action, Fan’s movement, or Autobuyer’s purchase action. It should be added only after you know which tickets are safe to resolve automatically.
Super Jackpot exception
The developer describes a special outcome for Super Jackpot tickets: Mundo puts the ticket on Sticky Mat for the player to scratch. That keeps an important exception out of the ordinary claim flow and gives you a clear manual handoff.
Leave Sticky Mat available when using Mundo. If the mat is treated as spare table space, the special route becomes harder to recognize and you may misread the result as a missing or broken claim.
Why Mundo can still bankrupt a run
Mundo reduces claim clicks but does not evaluate whether a ticket is a good purchase. The official achievement list includes Bad kitty, which asks the player to let Mundo bankrupt the run. That condition is a reminder that claim automation can participate in a bad economy rather than protect you from one.
For normal play, test Mundo on a small, affordable route and watch the balance after several cycles. If money falls, pause the buyer or change the ticket; buying more claim speed will not repair the underlying cost-to-return problem.
Mundo troubleshooting
If ordinary completed tickets remain, check that Mundo is active and that you are observing the claim step rather than waiting for Scratch Bot to finish. If a Super Jackpot moves to Sticky Mat, treat that as the documented special handling and scratch it manually.
