Scritchy Scratchy mobile update 1.1.74
Published August 30, 2026 · Updated August 30, 2026
The July mobile update is a focused input and haptics fix. It does not add the announced challenge content and should not be treated as a new PC gameplay patch.
Mobile version and release dates
The App Store lists Scritchy Scratchy version 1.1.74 on July 24, 2026. Google Play marks the Android app as updated on July 22 and shows the same two release-note items.
Store rollout dates can vary by platform and region, so check the version shown on the device rather than assuming the update has installed automatically.
Stylus and Apple Pencil scratching fix
The release notes say stylus scratching now works properly. On iPad, that applies directly to Apple Pencil input; the Google Play wording covers supported Android stylus input.
If scratching still feels inaccurate, confirm version 1.1.74 or later, fully close and reopen the app after updating, and compare finger input with stylus input before reporting the problem. Include the device model and input method in a support report.
Haptic vibration after leaving the app
The second fix prevents vibration feedback from stopping after the app loses focus. This is a feedback-state repair, not a change to ticket odds, payouts, Prestige, or achievements.
If haptics remain missing, check the in-game vibration setting and the device-level vibration or haptics setting. A system setting can still suppress feedback even when the game-side bug is fixed.
What version 1.1.74 does not change
The mobile notes do not announce Challenges, new rewards, a new ending, or changes to the 34 Steam achievements. Those features belong to the separate planned September update.
They also do not establish a new Windows or macOS build. For PC changes, follow the official Steam announcements; for the upcoming content status, use the September challenge update tracker.
